By accessing or purchasing from SkillBridge Training, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. About Our Services
SkillBridge Training provides online educational content, including the course "Introduction to Neural Networks | AI Basics Course Online". Our courses are delivered digitally and include video lessons, practical exercises in Google Colab, homework tasks, certificates, and optional mentorship sessions depending on your plan.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You may not share your account or course access with third parties
- One purchase grants access to one individual only
3. Course Access & License
Upon successful payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
- Starter Access ($29) — Lifetime access to video content and basic materials
- Standard Course ($79) — Includes Google Colab exercises, homework, and completion certificate
- Pro Learning Path ($149) — Includes AI feedback, manual review, and Q&A support
- Premium Mentorship ($299) — Includes 1:1 session (30–60 min), project review, and career guidance
"Lifetime access" means access for as long as SkillBridge Training operates and maintains the course platform.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Reproducing, distributing, or reselling course materials without written permission
- Recording, screen-capturing, or sharing video content publicly
- Using course content to create competing products or services
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or circumvent access controls
- Engaging in abusive, harassing, or disruptive behavior in community spaces
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, branding, and code examples are the intellectual property of SkillBridge Training and are protected by copyright law. You may use code examples from exercises for personal projects only.
6. Add-On Products
The following add-ons are available as separate purchases and are subject to these same Terms:

- AI Career Roadmap — $49
- Community Access (Discord/Telegram) — $10/month (recurring, cancel anytime)
7. Mentorship Sessions
1:1 mentorship sessions included in the Premium Mentorship plan must be scheduled within 6 months of purchase. Sessions are conducted via video call. Rescheduling is permitted with 24 hours' notice. No-shows forfeit the session.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our courses are provided "as is" for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, job placement, or income results. AI and machine learning fields evolve rapidly; content accuracy is maintained on a best-effort basis.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillBridge Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Refund Policy
At SkillBridge Training, we stand behind the quality of our educational content. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for our digital products and services.
1. Digital Products — General Policy
Because our courses are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final. However, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee under the conditions described below.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date if:
- You have completed less than 20% of the course content
- You have not downloaded or exported any course materials, certificates, or practice packs
- You have not participated in a 1:1 mentorship session (Premium plan)
- You provide a brief reason for your refund request
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Certificate PDF ($15) — once issued and downloaded
- Extra Practice Pack ($25) — once accessed or downloaded
- AI Career Roadmap ($49) — once accessed or downloaded
- Community Access ($10/month) — current billing period is non-refundable; cancel before next renewal to avoid future charges
- Completed mentorship sessions
- Purchases where more than 20% of course content has been consumed
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as:
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Technical issues preventing course access that we are unable to resolve
- Serious illness or emergency (documentation may be required)
5. Community Subscription Cancellation
Monthly Community Access subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
6. How to Request a Refund

7. Chargebacks
